Walking Interview

Tour the sales floor with a coach or store manager. You'll walk through departments and be asked to identify issues—out-of-stocks, zoning problems, safety hazards, or customer service opportunities. Explain how you'd address each as a Team Lead.

Tip: Practice walking your store before the interview. Look at eye-level and end caps for out-of-stocks. Notice if features need attention. Think about staffing—are there enough associates in busy areas?
